- Transportation: Free hotel return transfers in covered areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. Remote areas (Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ungasan, Canggu, Ubud) incur an additional charge of $10 per group.
- Bring: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, change of clothes, cash, and an underwater camera.
- Fair Price: Prices are transparent with no hidden fees.
- Forbidden: Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, asthmatics, or those with serious medical conditions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments should be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before departure: No fee.
- Cancellations 47 to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the tour price.
