- Pick-Up Area: Free hotel transfers are provided in the covered areas of Kerobokan, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. Additional charges may apply for pick-up and drop-off in remote areas.
- Private Tour: This is a private tour, and only you and your companions will be in the vehicle.
- Health and Safety: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, asthmatics, or anyone with serious medical conditions.
- Payment: Payment can be made online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) at the time of booking.
- What to Bring: Please bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, comfortable footwear, towels, a change of clothes, cash, and a camera.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation: If you cancel the tour at least 48 hours before the departure date, no cancellation fee will apply.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel within 47 to 24 hours before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the departure date or fail to show up, 100% of the tour price will be charged.
- Amendments: Any amendments to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
