- 07.00: Pickup from hotel
- 08.00: Arrive in Sanur harbor and check-in
- 08.30: Boat departs from Sanur port to Nusa Penida port
- 09.15: Arrive at Nusa Penida Port
- 09.30: Start the island tour by private car with a guide to visit: Broken Beach, Angels Billabong, Kelingking Cliff, and Crystal Bay Beach
- 16.30: Depart from Penida to Sanur

Cancellation Policy :
- If you cancel the tour 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee.
- Any booking amendments should be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- If you cancel within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price.
- If you cancel for less than 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the price.

- Minimum Order: Our tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to book.
- Age Limits: Age restrictions start from 1 year old (require that children be accompanied by an adult during the tour)
- Transportation: Free hotel return transfers in the covered areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Kerobokan, Nusa Dua, and Sanur (Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas, such as Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ungasan, Canggu, Keramas, and Ubud areas, are subject to an additional charge of IDR 150,000 per group up to 6 pax)
- You need to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandals, towels, a change of clothes, cash, and an underwater camera.
- Fair Price: Our prices are reasonable and appropriate, and we don’t have any hidden fees. You can be confident that the price you see is the final price you will pay for your tour or transfer.
- Semi-Private Tour: Private hotel transfers & Private trips in Nusa Penida, which means there is no other participant, only you and your companion.
- Forbidden: This trip is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, asthmatics, or anyone with serious medical conditions.
- The car ride can be quite bumpy so be sure to take motion sickness tablets if needed

We require a 20% down payment to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid to our driver on the day of the tour or through bank transfer in USD/IDR before the tour starts. Further details on payment methods will be provided after you make a booking.
Yes, you can cancel or change your tour schedule. For cancellations, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the tour starts to avoid forfeiting the down payment. Changes to the tour schedule can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for cancellations or changes.
