- 01:00: Pick up from your hotel (Depending on your location)
- 03:30: Arrive at the starting point of Mount Batur trekking
- 04:00: Start the Mount Batur hiking adventure
- 06:00: Reach the summit, enjoy the sunrise, and have a light breakfast
- 07:00: Explore the main crater of Mount Batur
- 07:30: Descend Mount Batur
- 09:00: Arrive back at the finish point
- 09:15: Transfer back to the hotel
Things You Need to Know:
- Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your voucher email
- Free hotel return transfers are available in covered areas: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Sanur, Ubud, and Kintamani
- If the trip is canceled due to poor weather, you will have the option to visit another site at no additional charge
- Pick-up and drop-off in remote areas like Uluwatu, Pecatu, and Canggu are subject to an additional charge of USD 10 per group (up to 6 pax)
- What to bring: sunscreen, hiking shoes, warm clothes, long pants, a backpack, and a camera

- Online payments at the time of booking via payment link, accepting Visa, MasterCard, and JCB
Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability
- Cancel at least 48 hours before departure: No cancellation fee
- Cancel within 47 to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price charged
- Cancel less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the tour price charged

We require a 20% down payment to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid to our driver on the day of the tour or through bank transfer in USD/IDR before the tour starts. Further details on payment methods will be provided after you make a booking.
Yes, you can cancel or change your tour schedule. For cancellations, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the tour starts to avoid forfeiting the down payment. Changes to the tour schedule can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for cancellations or changes.
