- Cancel within 47-24 hours prior: 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- Cancel less than 24 hours prior or no-show: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

We require a 20% down payment to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid to our driver on the day of the tour or through bank transfer in USD/IDR before the tour starts. Further details on payment methods will be provided after you make a booking.
Yes, you can cancel or change your tour schedule. For cancellations, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the tour starts to avoid forfeiting the down payment.
