Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellation 48 hours before departure: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 47 to 24 hours: 50% of the tour price
- Cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the tour price

Book AppointmentEach of our Bali tour packages includes round-trip transportation from the designated pick-up areas, a licensed tour guide, entrance fees to attractions, and lunch. Detailed information on what is included in each package can be found on the tour description page.
We require a 20% down payment to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid to our driver on the day of the tour or through bank transfer in USD/IDR before the tour starts. Further details on payment methods will be provided after you make a booking.
Yes, you can cancel or change your tour schedule. For cancellations, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the tour starts to avoid forfeiting the down payment. Changes to the tour schedule can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for cancellations or changes.
