Bakas Levi Rafting Tour Itinerary
Morning Session:
- 09:00: Pick-up from your hotel (varies by location)
- 10:00: Arrive at the rafting office and prepare
- 10:30: Start the rafting adventure
- 12:30: Finish rafting and shower
- 13:00: Enjoy lunch
- 14:00: Transfer back to the hotel

- Nusa Dua and Jimbaran: 07:30 – 07:45
- Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur: 07:45 – 08:00
- Candidasa: 08:00 – 08:15
- Ubud: 08:30 – 09:00

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment Method:
- Online payments via payment link, including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB.
Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancel at least 48 hours before departure: No cancellation fee.
- Cancel within 47 to 24 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price charged.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the tour price charged.
Terms & Conditions :
- Minimum booking: 2 participants.
- Age restriction: 9 to 60 years old.
- Concession rates may apply for group bookings.
- 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled on the same day.
- Transport surcharge applies for pick-up locations outside Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Ubud areas.

Book AppointmentEach of our Bali tour packages includes round-trip transportation from the designated pick-up areas, a licensed tour guide, entrance fees to attractions, and lunch. Detailed information on what is included in each package can be found on the tour description page.
We require a 20% down payment to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid to our driver on the day of the tour or through bank transfer in USD/IDR before the tour starts. Further details on payment methods will be provided after you make a booking.
Yes, you can cancel or change your tour schedule. For cancellations, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the tour starts to avoid forfeiting the down payment. Changes to the tour schedule can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp for cancellations or changes.
